## Usage

## Description

Writes one SKILL.md per skill under the agent's skills directory: repo scope writes at the root of the current repository (.claude/skills, .agents/skills, .cursor/skills); user scope writes under your home directory. Re-running is safe: a file this CLI generated and nobody edited is updated in place; a file it did not generate, or one edited since install, is left alone unless `--force`. Do not edit installed skills: copy one under another name instead, so upgrades keep refreshing the original.

## Flags
