# Export agent traces with OpenTelemetry

Send each run's execution trace to your own observability backend over OTLP, with the content controls your tenant policy allows.

Every run already produces one OpenTelemetry trace on the tenant's trace plane. Exporting it to your own backend over OTLP is planned.

This page is planned and not yet written, because the capability it describes is not yet
generally available. The structure is here so you can see where it fits; the notice comes off
when it ships.
