You reach Tanomis through an organization. Either someone invites you to one, or you are setting one up for your company. Both paths end with a workspace you can select and an agent you can run.
Join an organization
Section titled “Join an organization”- Open the invitation link from the email, or run
tanomis org accept --token TOKEN. - Sign in. The hosted login is a browser flow; the CLI’s device flow prints a code to enter.
- If the organization has a default tenant, you are granted it on acceptance. Otherwise an owner grants you a tenant.
- Select the workspace:
tanomis workspace use ORG --tenant TENANT, or open the Console.
From here, Quickstart if you are building, or Tour the Console if you are reviewing.
Set up an organization
Section titled “Set up an organization”Creating an organization and provisioning its first tenant are platform operations performed with Tanomis. Ask for:
- the organization name and slug;
- the first customer tenant, and whether it should be the default;
- a sandbox tenant beside it for testing, if you want one from the start;
- the owner: you.
Once it exists, invite your team, grant tenants, and deploy. Owners and admins can create additional tenants and offboard them in Settings → Organization → Tenants. Attaching an existing tenant and changing the default remain operator operations; see Customer tenants.
